Join me for this 1.5 hour virtual class diving into my recipe for Cinnamon Plum Pie! This is a truly lovely pie for this time of year - beautifully marking the transition from summer to fall. Juicy, jammy plum filling spiced with warm cinnamon, topped in a buttery crumble topping and wrapped in a flaky crust.
I’ll guide you through par-baking the crust, making the plum filling, crumble topping, and assembling the pie. Along the way, I’ll be sharing tons of tip for fruit pies, and answer your baking questions!
