In this 90 minute (1.5 hour) class we’re talking gluten free cookies - including three delicious recipes! You’ll learn to make Flourless Cocoa Cookies, Coconut Macaroons, and Caramel Swirled Meringues. I’ll guide you through each recipes, help troubleshoot baking problems, and answer all your questions along the way!

The class includes 3 recipes (Flourless Cocoa Cookies, Coconut Macaroons, and Caramel Swirled Meringues), along with a prep list, and equipment list so you can bake along with me. FAQ

  • After you purchase a class, you’ll be contacted by email with the all the information you’ll need, and the link to your virtual class. After the class, you’ll be emailed a recording of the class as well.

  • You’ll receive a document via email that contains the recipe, grocery list, equipment list, and any other information you’ll need prior to your class.

  • You’re welcome to, or you can just watch and enjoy! A recording of the class will be emailed to you, so you can always watch it again with the freedom to pause at your lesiure!

  • No, but you’re welcome to! If you’re baking along with me, it can be helpful (and fun) to see your bakes to help answer questions!

  • Yes! When you check out, you’ll be asked to specify if the class is a gift, and you can provide the recipient’s email address so that the class information can be sent to them.

  • Absolutely! You can ask questions via the chat - during the class, a moderator will help me make sure I get you all the answers you’re looking for!

  • Purchases of classes are non-refundable, but you will receive the recording of the class even if you’re unable to attend. Classes can also be transferred to another recipient!
